BREAKFAST
Included in the price of the night in the guest room, breakfast is offered in the garden or in the large dining room, depending on the season.
Composed of different breads and pastries, cheese and ham, jams, muesli, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruits, fruit juices, hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate): these are organic, farm and/or local products, but always of quality.
On request, we can prepare scrambled or fried eggs, offer a gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan formula.
IN THE GUEST HOUSE
On the ground floor :
- Lounge, cognathèque, documentation
- Dining room: coffee machine (pods), kettle (tea, herbal tea)
Fridge, oven and crockery for guests in guest rooms allow you to "snack" in the dining room or in the garden. A caterer can deliver meals. The covered market is open every morning except Mondays and public holidays... but the restaurants are also easily accessible!
In the garden :
- Different furniture allows you to sit in the sun or in the shade
- Swimming pool 5mx10m (in season)
PARKING IS INCLUDED
Free private and secure parking is available on site; no reservation is required.
Covered and enclosed garages are also available by reservation (€20 per vehicle per night, 3 spaces available).
An electric vehicle charging station is available upon request.
TASTING EXPERIENCES IN THE GUEST HOUSE
Discovery of Charentais wines : Charentais wines are to be discovered! The tasting is accompanied by an aperitif board. 15€/person.
Cognac tasting : Cognac to choose from our selection, with salty and sweet pairings. For a privileged experience to be enjoyed in one of the lounges of the private hotel or in the garden, depending on the season. By reservation, 55€/person.
Cigar and cognac : Immersive cigar rolling workshop followed by tasting a cigar and a spirit. 135€/person.
Meal with food and cognac pairing : A meal served by a private chef, with tasting of different cognacs. Advise in case of allergy or special diet. Price upon request.

Bike rental is possible from Cognac city center
Different options are offered (electric assistance, GPS with integrated routes, etc.). It is also possible to rent all-terrain scooters, quads, etc.
The Charente is magnificent to discover on 2 wheels
35 local loops over nearly 1,434 km allow you to discover the Charentais landscapes between bocage, vineyards and river. Accessible to everyone, these loops are available in 3 levels of difficulty: Family circuit (4 to 10 km), Discovery circuit (20 to 40 km), Exploration circuit (40 to 70 km).
Circuit La Roue Blanche (White Wheel)
Between land and sea, this circuit combining nature and heritage, with a total length of 77 km, crosses the typical villages of Charente. Along the route, discover the curiosities of the territory, its churches, its castles, its abbeys... and its hidden treasures. Cross calm, preserved nature. Let yourself be carried away by this sweetness of life... Why La Roue Blanche®? The wheel, obviously, refers to the bicycle and "white" to the color of the limestone typical of Charente (and the color of the path leaving the tires white).
PRIVATISATION
It is possible to privatize reception rooms or park for various private or professional events: weddings, birthdays, meetings, seminars and cocktails.
